What is included in the private driver service?
Our private driver service is all-inclusive of the vehicle, a driver who speaks English, fuel, and parking fees. We provide a clean, air-conditioned car to ensure your comfort throughout the day. Please note that entrance tickets to attractions, lunch, and personal expenses are not included.
Do you offer airport pickups and hotel transfers?
Yes, we provide reliable airport transfers to and from all major areas including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, and Nusa Dua. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a clear sign so you can start your holiday hassle-free.
How many people can fit in one vehicle?
Our standard comfortable vehicles accommodate up to 5 passengers with light day bags. For larger groups or those with significant luggage (such as airport transfers), we can arrange larger vans or multiple vehicles to ensure everyone travels comfortably.
Can we customize our own tour itinerary?
Absolutely! Flexibility is our specialty. You can choose one of our popular pre-planned tours or we can work together to create a 100% custom itinerary based on your interests—whether that is waterfalls, hidden temples, beach clubs, or luxury dining.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, all members of the Tripelti Bali Team speak communicative English. We don’t just drive; we act as your local guides, explaining Balinese culture, history, and traditions as we travel between locations.
What are your standard hours for a full-day tour?
A standard full-day tour typically lasts between 8 to 10 hours. We are flexible with start times to help you beat the crowds at popular spots like Lempuyang Temple or to catch a beautiful Bali sunset.
Is it safe to travel with a private driver in Bali?
Safety is our top priority. Our drivers are experienced, licensed professionals who are very familiar with Bali’s unique road conditions. We maintain our vehicles to high standards and ensure a calm, safe driving style at all times.
How do we pay for the service?
We keep it simple. You can pay your driver in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) at the end of each day or at the end of your trip. For larger group bookings or multi-day travel planning, we can discuss alternative payment options.
How far in advance should I book my driver?
Bali can get very busy, especially during the Australian school holidays and the European/US summer months. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, though we always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
